This year the banquet of the CAIS 2010 Conference will be held on Thursday June 3rd at Le Café des Beaux-Arts in the magnificent setting of the Museum of Fine Arts of Montreal. The chef Richard Bastien will offer you an unforgettable culinary experience. A "three courses" menu (including a glass of wine) has been designed exclusively for you.
